Agencies must execute a written Participant Agreement with each Pathways Participant that clearly identifies expectations, including but not limited to:
A general description of duties;
Work schedules;
The length of the appointment and termination date;
Mentorship opportunities;
Training requirements as applicable;
Evaluation procedures that will be used for the Participant;
Requirements for continuation and successful completion of the Program; and
Minimum eligibility requirements for noncompetitive conversion to term or permanent competitive service employment according to the requirements of the applicable Pathways Program.
