When required in this part with respect to Virgin Islands spirits, a package gauge record shall be prepared to show:
The date prepared;
The related transaction record and its serial number;
The producer, his name and address; and
For each package, the:
Package identification or serial number;
Kind of spirits;
Gross weight;
Tare;
Net weight;
Proof gallons; and
Proof.
