Specifications. Each milliliter of solution contains 50 milligrams (mg) of ethylisobutrazine hydrochloride.

Conditions of use in dogs—(1) Amount. Administer 2 to 5 mg per pound of body weight by intramuscular injection for profound tranquilization. Administer 1 to 2 mg per pound of body weight by intravenous injection to effect.
Indications for use. For use as a tranquilizer.
Limitations. Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
