The proposed use of the diagnostic radiopharmaceutical in the practice of medicine,
The pharmacological and toxicological activity of the diagnostic radiopharmaceutical (including any carrier or ligand component of the diagnostic radiopharmaceutical), and
The estimated absorbed radiation dose of the diagnostic radiopharmaceutical.
