Any request to amend a record covered by DOL/ESA-49 should be directed to the district office having custody of the official file.
Any administrative appeal taken from a denial issued by OWCP under this section shall be filed with the Solicitor of Labor in accordance with 29 CFR 71.7 and 71.9.
