Yes. SBA shall not solicit and/or accept Gifts of or for (or use cash Gifts to purchase or engage in) the following:
Alcohol products;
Tobacco products;
Pornographic or sexually explicit objects or services;
Gambling (including raffles and lotteries);
Parties primarily for the benefit of Government employees; and
Any other product or service prohibited by law or policy.
