Filing. All papers filed with the ASC in any proceeding shall be filed with the Secretary, Appraisal Subcommittee, 1325 G Street NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20005.
Manner of filing. Unless otherwise specified by the ASC, filing may be accomplished by:
Personal service;
Delivering the papers to a reliable commercial courier service, overnight delivery service, or to the U.S. Post Office for Express Mail delivery; and
Mailing the papers by first class, registered, or certified mail.
