The Board and Corporation may jointly enforce an order jointly issued by the Board and Corporation under § 3816(a) or 381.6(c) of this part. The Board, in consultation with the Corporation, may take any action to address any violation of this part by a covered company under section 8 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. 1818).
