This subpart applies to:

Federal candidates;

Individuals holding Federal office (see 11 CFR 300.2(o));

Agents acting on behalf of a Federal candidate or individual holding Federal office; and

Entities that are directly or indirectly established, financed, maintained, or controlled by, or acting on behalf of, one or more Federal candidates or individuals holding Federal office.
