(1) "Child placing" means the same as that term is defined in Section 62A-2-101.
(2) "Child-placing agency" means the same as that term is defined in Section 62A-2-101.
(3) "High needs child" means a child: (a) with an attachment or trauma-related disorder; (b) who suffered from prenatal exposure to alcohol or drugs; (c) who is the subject of an intercountry adoption; (d) who was previously adopted; or (e) who is in foster care.
