Each officer designated in section 107.05 of the Revised Code shall pay the following fee to the secretary of state for making, recording, and forwarding the officer's commission:
(A) For a militia officer, no fee;
(B) For an officer who is appointed by the governor to an appointive office, no fee;
(C) For an officer who receives no compensation, no fee;
(D) For a judge of a county court , two dollars;
(E) For all other officers, five dollars.
