§814. Custody
The municipal clerk has custody of a voting machine used by the municipality. [PL 1985, c. 161, §6 (NEW).]
1. Storage and maintenance. He is responsible for the proper storage and maintenance of each machine.
A. He shall have each machine locked, sealed and stored in a safe, dry building. [PL 1985, c. 161, §6 (NEW).]
