90.990 Penalties. Any person who shall knowingly, or wittingly, or intentionally, or through gross negligence, violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall upon conviction thereof be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), provided, however, that the provisions of this section shall not apply to KRS 90.220.
