As used in this section, sections 10a-57b, 10a-57c and 10a-57e and section 3 of public act 16-44*:
(1) “Institution of higher education” has the same meaning as provided in section 10a-34;
(2) “Private occupational school” has the same meaning as provided in section 10a-22a; and
(3) “Student cohort” means a group of students who enroll at the same period of time in the same certificate program.
