An applicant for licensure shall pay license, renewal, and reinstatement fees established by the director in the same manner as is authorized in section 24-34-105, C.R.S. A licensee shall renew a license in accordance with a schedule established by the director pursuant to section 24-34-102 (8), C.R.S. The director may establish renewal fees and delinquency fees for reinstatement under section 24-34-105, C.R.S. If a person fails to renew a license pursuant to the schedule established by the director, the license expires. A person whose license has expired is subject to the penalties provided in this article and section 24-34-102 (8), C.R.S.
