Applications shall be in the form and in accordance with the instructions prescribed by HUD, and shall include:
Information on Gross Income, family size, and amount of rent paid to the project by Families currently in residence;
Information on vacancies and turnover;
Estimate of effect of the availability of Section 8 assistance on marketability of units in the project;
For projects having a history of financial default, financial difficulties or deferred maintenance, a plan and a schedule for remedying such defaulted or deferred obligations;
Total number of units by unit size (by bedroom count) for which Section 8 assistance is requested; and
Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan on a HUD-prescribed form.
