The Commission will notice the receipt of each license application, including applications for amendment or renewal, for an export or import for which a specific license is required by making a copy available at the NRC Web site, http://www.nrc.gov.
The Commission will also publish in the Federal Register a notice of receipt of each license application, including applications for amendment or renewal, to export the following:
A production or utilization facility.
Five effective kilograms or more of plutonium, high-enriched uranium or uranium-233.
10,000 kilograms or more of heavy water. (Note: Does not apply to exports of heavy water to Canada.)
Nuclear grade graphite for nuclear end use.
Radioactive waste.
The Commission will also publish in the Federal Register a notice of receipt of a license application, including applications for amendment or renewal, for an import of radioactive waste for which a specific license is required.
