Sec. 3833.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.

(2) "Bond" means any type of interest-bearing obligation, including a bond, note, bond anticipation note, certificate of participation, or other similar evidence of indebtedness.

(3) "City" means the City of San Antonio.

(4) "District" means the Espada Development District.
