§ 5-65-15.1. Staff. [Effective until January 1, 2020.] (a) The state building code commission shall provide the board with appropriate staff, including hearing officials and investigators, who shall perform their duties under the administrative supervision of the executive director.
(b) The board may delegate the powers, functions, and duties to the provided staff.
