§ 39-21.1-18. First responder services. In emergency situations which require emergency medical transportation services and arise out of a 911 emergency telephone system request, only those ambulance services which are operated by municipalities, for municipalities by contracted services, by fire districts, or nonprofit corporations shall be used.
