No minor shall present any written, printed or photostatic evidence of age or identity that is false for the purpose of procuring or attempting to procure any tobacco products, e-cigarettes or nicotine liquid containers.

The 2015 amendment, effective June 19, 2015, prohibited minors from presenting false evidence of age for the purpose of procuring or attempting to procure e-cigarettes or nicotine liquid containers; after "tobacco products,", added "e-cigarettes or nicotine liquid containers".
