§6108. Application fee
Each application must be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee in the amount of $500. The application fee also constitutes the license fee for the applicant's first year of activities if the license is granted. In addition, the application must be accompanied by a registration fee of $50 for each authorized delegate designated by the licensee, up to a maximum of $2,500. [PL 1997, c. 155, Pt. A, §2 (NEW).]
