319.131 Fees credited to fund for board use. All fees received by the board of examiners under this chapter shall be placed in the State Treasury to the credit of a trust and agency fund for the use of the board in carrying out its functions. History: Created 1964 Ky. Acts ch. 154, sec. 16.
