304.17A-800 Purpose of KRS 304.17A-800 to 304.17A-844. The purpose of KRS 304.17A-800 to 304.17A-844 is to establish minimum standards for self-insured employer-organized association groups to assure that such groups are providing adequate coverage for health benefit liability risks.
