242.1296 Requisites for subsequent elections. If the sense of the people in an election held pursuant to the provisions of KRS 242.1292 and 242.1294 is "yes," no other local option election shall be held in that county or city, unless an additional election is first held pursuant to the provisions of KRS 242.1292 and 242.1294 in which the sense of the people is "no."
