177.310 Declaration of policy. The legislature hereby finds, determines, and declares that KRS 177.220 to 177.310 is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, and for the promotion of the general welfare. History: Created 1946 Ky. Acts ch. 225, sec. 1.
