164.6041 Limitations upon project funding in the Kentucky Commercialization Fund Program. Project funding in the Kentucky Commercialization Fund Program shall have the following limitations: (1) The maximum amount of funding for a project award under the Kentucky Commercialization Fund Program shall not exceed seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) each year up to two (2) years, equal to a maximum of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000); and (2) The University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville shall be awarded together no more than seventy percent (70%) of fund awards.
