(1) Unless continued by the general assembly:
(a) (Deleted by revision.)
(b) and (b.5) Repealed.
(c) The office of consumer counsel shall terminate on September 1, 2021.
(2) The provisions of section 24-34-104, C.R.S., concerning the termination schedule for regulatory bodies of the state unless extended as provided in that section, are applicable to the office of consumer counsel.
