Institutions of postsecondary education, including the board of directors of the Auraria higher education center, may utilize the provisions of this part 7 so long as the criteria established by this part 7 for inclusion in a master lease are satisfied and so long as such institutions act in a manner which is consistent with the provisions of section 23-1-104, C.R.S.
