The authority shall use any moneys received pursuant to section 24-48.5-120 for the purposes specified in section 24-47.5-102 (1.5) and (2); except that the authority may not spend more than fifty thousand dollars in a fiscal year for the purposes specified in section 24-47.5-102 (2). This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2020.
