(1) On or before December 15, 2016, and on or before each December 15 thereafter, the department shall prepare an annual report on the grant program that includes, but is not limited to, the number and amounts of grants awarded, a list of hospitality programs that received grants, and the total number of students impacted through hospitality programs that received grants for the grant cycle most recently completed. The department shall provide a copy of the report to members of the business, labor, economic, and workforce development committee of the house of representatives and the business, labor, and technology committee of the senate, or any successor committees.
(2) This section is repealed, effective December 16, 2019.
