(1) "Executive board" means the executive board of the Colorado student leaders institute established pursuant to section 23-77-104.
(2) "Host institution" means the institution of higher education that the department of higher education contracts with on behalf of the executive board pursuant to section 23-77-104 to operate the institute.
(3) "Institute" means the Colorado student leaders institute created in section 23-77-103.
