The Marketing Recyclables Program Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(162), there to be used by the Compliance Advisory Panel for the Marketing Recyclables Program for the administration and performance of its duties, as administered by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality under § 8-9-201 et seq.
