41-3020.17. Department of insurance; termination July 1, 2020
(L10, Ch. 13, sec. 2. Eff. until 7/1/20)
If the voters approve a constitutional amendment repealing the authority for the department of insurance pursuant to article XV, section 5, Constitution of Arizona:
1. The department terminates on July 1, 2020.
2. Title 20 is repealed on January 1, 2021.
