Each county FSA office will provide:
A voting place that is well known and readily accessible to persons in the county and that is equipped and arranged so that each person can complete and submit a ballot in secret without coercion, duress, or interference of any sort whatsoever, and
A holding container of sufficient size so arranged that no ballot or supporting documentation can be read or removed without breaking seals on the container.
