The Board is comprised of four part-time Board members and a full-time Chairman, each appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate.
The Board's staff is comprised of the following administrative units:
Office of Management and Operations;
Office of the General Counsel; and
Office of Liaison and Oversight.
