The written notice of a permit violation will provide the permittee with 10 days from the receipt of the written notice to:
Cure the permit violation and notify BIA that the violation is cured;
Explain why BIA should not cancel the permit;
Request in writing additional time to complete corrective actions. If additional time is granted, BIA may require that certain actions be taken immediately; or
Request mediation under § 161.603.
