Coccidioides species.
Cryptococcus species.
Enterobacteriaceae.
Enterococcus species.
Helicobacter pylori.
Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex.
Neisseria gonorrhoeae.
Neisseria meningitidis.
Non-tuberculous mycobacteria species.
Pseudomonas species.
Staphylococcus aureus.
Streptococcus agalactiae.
Streptococcus pneumoniae.
Streptococcus pyogenes.
Vibrio cholerae.
