To establish a continuing relationship under the Act, the Governor and the Secretary will enter into a Governor/Secretary Agreement. The Agreement will consist of a statement assuring that the State will comply with:
The Workforce Investment Act and all applicable rules and regulations, and
The Wagner-Peyser Act and all applicable rules and regulations.
The Governor/Secretary Agreement may be modified, revised or terminated at any time, upon the agreement of both parties.
