If a recipient is determined to have violated 2 CFR part 182, as implemented by this part, the agency will take one or more of the following actions—
Suspension of payments under the award;
Suspension or termination of the award; and
Suspension or debarment of the recipient under 2 CFR part 180 and 2 CFR part 3000, for a period not to exceed five years.
